This is the larger of the 2 Apartments with stunning views over the Cheshire plain. The apartment is split level and open plan. The bedroom and bathroom, being on the lower level, accessed by 3 small steps.
The kitchen has recently been refurbished, it is fully equipped with a full-sized cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker (pods supplied). There is comfortable seating in the lounge area, a round dining table and four chairs for relaxed dining. Colour TV, DVD player, and a wood burning stove. On the lower level is a double bed, wardrobe space and a bed settee can be converted to a bed. Free fast Wi-Fi connection.

- Summer Garden
FOR BOTH APARTMENTS
- In view of the location and access paths, we are sorry, but neither apartment is suitable for disabled guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in or around the properties: the farm is a complete no-smoking zone.
- Towels and bedding are supplied
- A welcoming basket of logs is provided upon arrival, further supplies can be purchased on-site.
- We welcome one well-behaved dog per letting, please ensure you pick up after your dog and dispose of the waste bag in the black bins provided.
- There is a separate washing room with machines and drier. We encourage line-drying in good weather.
SIMPLE HOUSE RULES
- We are working to be environmentally friendly in all we do and encourage your active participation by reducing and Recycling:
- Food-waste (not meat or fish) can be composted and there is a bin by the side of the ramp, use the paper sacks provided.
- The grey Council bins across from the car park are for mixed recycling (glass, plastic, cardboard, aluminum foil, cans, and tins).
- The black bins are for waste that can’t be recycled (plastic bags, plastic wrapping, sweet wrappers, black plastic, dog waste bags, etc.)
- There are multiple use shopping bags in the apartments.
- Please leave newspapers in the apartment as we use in compost.
- On sunny days please air-dry washed clothes on the clothesline (pegs in the washroom cupboard).
- No smoking is permitted in or around the properties.
